Avec la passerelle mbGate PB, nous pouvons désormais intégrer jusqu’à 2 segments PROFIBUS PA et 1 segment PROFIBUS DP à un système de controle Modbus TCP. La passerelle agit comme un serveur Modbus TCP  et un maitre PROFIBUS. Configurateur de réseaux PROFIBUS DP : V 2.02.98

Outil de configuration de cartes Softing pour réseaux PROFIBUS DP. Il permet à l’utilisateur de configurer le réseau et de définirla carte comme maître. Le configurateur peut être utilisé dans de nombreuses applications pour configurer les cartes Softing comme Maître.
En fonction du cas d’utilisation, la fonctionnalité va de la définition de la structure du réseau avec ses appareils connectés et leurs paramètres, en passant par des tests interactifs en ligne d’entrées et de sorties spécifiques jusqu’à la définition de noms de points et de types de données pour toutes les données de processus disponibles au fur et à mesure de leur utilisation, comme pour être utilisé par un serveur OPC

Offline configuration
L’objectif d’une configuration hors ligne est de préparer un fichier de configuration binaire pour un contrôleur utilisant un maître Softing PROFIBUS DP. Le maître PROFIBUS DP peut être basé sur une carte d’interface PC ou implémenté en tant que solution intégrée utilisant les piles de protocoles et les cœurs IP de Softing.

Online configuration
La configuration en ligne utilise des cartes d’interface PROFIBUS installées sur le PC, sur lequel le configurateur PROFIBUS est utilisé.

Cela permet de rechercher sur le réseau, les périphériques connectés et de communiquer interactivement avec ces périphériques. Une configuration réseau peut être activée en utilisant la carte d’interface en tant que maître actif pour les périphériques connectés. Définition des noms de variable pour les variables

Pour chaque appareil configuré, il est possible d’affecter des variables de processus nommées à ses entrées et à sa sortie. Un type de données est également affecté à ces variables (par exemple, une valeur booléenne pour un seul bit ou un octet signé pour une entrée analogique). Ces variables peuvent ensuite être utilisées dans le configurateur PROFIBUS à des fins telles que la mise en service du réseau. Pour cela, les variables peuvent être lues et écrites dès l’activation de la configuration actuelle.
De plus, les variables nommées servent d’ “OPC Items”, si la configuration est utilisée pour un serveur OPC PROFIBUS de chez Softing.

If your network is protected by a second firewall in addition to the Windows firewall, make sure that the following settings are made to allow TH SCOPE services to communicate properly.

  • Enabling of HTTP port 80 – inbound and outbound
  • Enabling of SNMP port 161 inbound or port 2367 (if port 161 is used by another SNMP agent).
  • Enabling of IP 224.0.5.128 port 2364 UDP outbound
  • Enabling of UDP ports 2365 outbound and 2366 inbound
