En general, también es posible la conexión a cada terminal MPI/PROFIBUS del sistema de bus o directamente a las interfaces de los participantes activos y pasivos. La toma PG integrada en la carcasa del conector permite la conexión de dispositivos adicionales.<br />
La interfaz web integrada ofrece funciones de parametrización, diagnóstico y seguridad, y para mejoras funcionales, el usuario puede utilizar nuestro software de diagnóstico gratuito SHTools para, por ejemplo, realizar automáticamente actualizaciones de firmware. La última versión está disponible para descarga.</p>
<p>El NETLink PRO Compact es un procesador de comunicaciones en formato conector para programación, visualización y mantenimiento remoto. Combina flexibilidad y diseño compacto. La alimentación del NETLink® se realiza a través de la CPU del dispositivo de automatización o externamente con DC 24 V como opción. La conexión de red se puede utilizar con cualquier cable Cat-5 estándar, lo que permite longitudes de cable de hasta 100 metros sin componentes adicionales.</p>

All process parameters from the NC part (axis, tool, program data), as well as the PLC part (status, program sections, alarms) and the drive data can be read out. As a Docker container, the product offers flexible deployment options, e.g. on standard IPCs or devices running Azure IoT Edge or AWS IoT Greengrass.</p>
<p>The application can be easily configured locally via an integrated web interface. It can also be managed remotely using the REST API. The configuration is flexible and includes precisely coordinated security settings (e.g. role-based access rights for OPC UA client applications).</p>
<p>The new product, which is also based on virtualization and container technology, benefits from Softing&#8217;s deep experience with brownfield connectivity through MQTT and OPC UA technology and provides the data for new and highly efficient IoT solution architectures.</p>

			<p>Softing dataFEED <strong>edgeConnector 840D</strong> is a containerized SINUMERIK 840D SolutionLine and PowerLine connectivity module adding OPC UA Server and MQTT Publisher functionality. The software can run as IoT Edge Module. After the deployment, it is possible to configure Southbound and Northbound communication via local GUI or REST interface.</p>
<p>For southbound communication it is possible to connect up to 20 <strong>SINUMERIK 840D SolutionLine and PowerLine controllers</strong>. The Namespace configuration is pre-configured and can be extended via STEP7/TIA Portal or .awl files.</p>
<p>The northbound communication runs with standardized OPC UA communication for data integration into management systems like ERP, MES or SCADA or for data exchange with other docker containers like Microsoft OPC Publisher for cloud scenarios. In addition MQTT is available as protocol to connect MQTT Broker in local or cloud environments.</p>
<p>The application supports security standards like SSL/TLS, X.509 certificates, authentication and data encryption. The container runs for <strong>72h in demo mode</strong>. Fully activate the application via BYOL from Softing. This also requires the installation of the Softing floating license server available for Windows/Linux.</p>
<p>After the Docker image has been pulled, a Docker container can be started. The webserver and OPC UA Server of the module have to be exposed on the host machine if dataFEED edgeConnector 840D shall be accessed from outside the dockerized environment.</p>

<p><a href="https://industrial.softing.com/index.html" rel="nofollow noopener">Softing</a> <strong>licenseServer</strong> is used to host network software licenses (also called floating licenses or shared licenses) that are installed locally on an individual users&#8217; machine. The network licenses can be shared among many users and/or applications.</p>
<p>Softing licenseServer fulfills requests to run a network application if the required license is available. When the network license is released (for example, a user closes the application), the license is moved to the license server&#8217;s available license pool and is made available for other checkout requests.</p>
<p>The license server is used by several <a href="https://industrial.softing.com/index.html" rel="nofollow noopener">Softing</a> products like the edgeConnector or plantPerfect product families.</p>

<p>Pour une meilleure stabilité et performance, le IGS-008B supporte les trames &#8220;jumbo &#8221; jusqu&#8217;à 10k Octet.</p>
<p>Le IGS -0008B, est conçu pour satisfaire les demandes les plus exigentes de l&#8217;industrie et est fournit avec un boitier IP30. Il a été testé pour satisfaire les exigence de compatibilité electromagnetique et interférences. C&#8217;est un switch robuste, anti choc, stabilité aux tests de vibration.</p>
<p>IGS-0008B is compact in size and easy to be installed with DIN rail and wall mount** kits. IGS-0008B is applicable in many kinds of industrial environments.</p>

It delivers ITU G.8032 enhanced ring recovery less than 20ms in single ring while also supports train ring, enhanced mode , multiple VLAN mode with easy configuration. The comprehensive QoS, QoS by VLAN, advanced security including INGRESS/EGRESS ACL L2/L3, TACACS+**, SSH v2/SSL, Mac based DHCP server, DHCP Option 82, DHCP server, IGMPv1/v2/v3/router port, QinQ are supported and also required in large network. It also supports Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP) for Ciscoworks to detect the switch info and show on L2 map topology.</p>

Compliant with 802.3af/at standard, the Lantech IPGS-3408GSFP is able to feed each PoE port up to 30 Watts@54 VDC providing the connected PD devices. Lantech IPGS-3408GSFP supports advanced PoE management including PoE detection and scheduling. PoE detection can detect if the connected PD hangs then restart the PD; PoE scheduling is to allow pre-set power feeding schedule upon routine time table. Each PoE ports can be Enabled/disabled, get the voltage, current, Watt, and temperature info displayed on WebUI.</p>

<p><strong><em>Miss-wiring avoidance, Loop protection, Node failure protection</em></strong><br />
The IPGS-3408GSFP also embedded several features for stronger and reliable network protection in an easy and intuitive way. When the pre-set ring configuration failed or looped by miss-wiring, Lantech IPGS-3408GSFP is able to alert with the LED indicator and disable ring automatically. Node failure protection ensures the switches in a ring to survive after power breakout is back. The status can be shown in NMS when each switch is back. This feature prevents the broken ring and keep ring alive without any re-configuration needed. Loop protection is also available to prevent the generation of broadcast storm when a dumb switch is inserted in a closed loop connection.</p>

<p><strong><em>DHCP option 82 &amp; Port based, Mac based DHCP, Option66, DHCP Snooping, IPv6 DHCP server</em></strong><br />
DHCP server can assign dedicated IP address by MAC or by port (Port based for single switch) , it also can assign IP address by port for multiple switches with single DHCP option82 server. DHCP Snooping is supported. For the ending device which need to download file from TFTP server, DHCP Option66 server can offer IP address of TFTP server to DHCP client. Basic IPv6 DHCP service can be supported.</p>

The innovative auto-Ring configurator (auto mode) can calculate owner and neighbor in one step. It supports MSTP that allows RSTP over VLAN for redundant links with 16 MSTI.</p>

DI can integrate the sensors for events and DO will trigger the alarm while sending alert information to IP network with email and traps.</p>
